Refund policy

Jeatomed has a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship it. We cannot accept returns on items that you have not first requested to return.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise so that we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of merchandise are non-returnable, including custom merchandise (e.g., special order or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you're using and purchase a new item separately after your return is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, where goods are being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any justification. As above, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If your refund is approved, then you'll receive an automatic refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
